Triple Loop Consulting’s philosophy is based on social construct theory which suggests that people strive to make sense of the world and themselves by developing their own personal theories based on their experiences and their perceptions. Real learning and change occurs when we are able to understand and challenge these personal constructs.
The ability to critically and purposefully reflect on our personal perceptions, or constructs of the world, and consciously choose a response is Triple Loop Learning. This is fundamental to transformational and sustainable change.
